Course description
The refresher course for Employers who directly perform the duties of Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) is designed to ensure the updating of skills in workplace health and safety, in compliance with the provisions of art. 34, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 and State-Regions Agreement no. 59 of 17 April 2025.
The training path allows participants to explore the regulatory, organizational and management aspects of safety, with particular attention to emerging risks, the management of responsibilities, the effectiveness of company prevention systems and regulatory updates.
Training objectives
The course aims to:
- update regulatory knowledge in the field of workplace health and safety
- strengthen the employer’s skills in risk management
- improve organizational and decision-making skills in prevention
- develop tools for communication, supervision and emergency management
- promote an effective and sustainable safety culture
Course programme
The course is structured into 31 teaching units, with a total duration of 8 hours, organized into e-learning modules.

Learning assessment
